Stephen McVicar is an experienced leader with a diverse background in healthcare, energy technology, and ministry. He currently serves as Manager of Project Development at a software company, where he focuses on driving growth and operational excellence.
He is also the Co-Founder and Executive Board Vice Chair of the Missing GRACE Foundation, where he oversees financial operations and leads the pastoral counseling department.
Alongside his wife, Candy, he helps guide the organization’s mission of supporting families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss, in honor of their daughters, Grace and Promise.
Stephen previously served as Lead Pastor of Aloha Life Church in Kauai, where he led with authenticity and compassion. He remains actively engaged in ministry through mentorship and continued study of Scripture.
A former college lacrosse player and Ironman finisher, Stephen is committed to discipline, personal growth, and overall wellness.
He is a devoted husband of nearly 27 years and a proud father of two daughters, Tatum and Talyah, and is passionate about building a legacy rooted in faith, family, and service.
