Dr. Harry Farb has devoted his life to caring for mothers and babies through a long and distinguished career in Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. With more than 57 years of experience, Dr. Farb has cared for countless families, bringing both skill and compassion to the complexities of pregnancy and childbirth.
Though Dr. Farb resides and works in Minnesota, over the past 17 years, he has practiced locum tenens medicine across several states, including Wisconsin, South Dakota, Michigan, Kansas, Illinois, and Montana. Through this work, he has managed thousands of high-risk pregnancies and developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regional differences within Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Farb has remained committed to supporting families through some of their most vulnerable moments. His extensive experience allows him to approach each case with wisdom, perspective, and a steady presence, particularly when navigating high-risk pregnancies.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Farb generously volunteers his time and expertise to serve families connected to The Missing GRACE Foundation. He provides professional preconception counseling, guiding and supporting parents as they prepare for pregnancy by offering insight, reassurance, and hope.
